You will engineer virality through content, manage creator collaborations, and run performance marketing like a quant across major platforms. • Engineer virality by building and running a continuous short-form content "clip machine".
• Own end-to-end paid acquisition across Meta, YouTube, Reddit, X, and SEM, running continuous A/B tests.
• Launch and evolve remix formats, and set up creator and affiliate loops to drive engagement.

• Proven track record in growth or creator marketing with verifiable results (e.g., 100k+ social audience, viral clips, reduced CAC).
• Hands-on experience with Ads Manager across major platforms and ability to quickly cut/edit content.
• Strong analytical mindset, thinking in CAC, LTV, ROAS, and D7 retention, moving fast without sloppiness.
