• Partner with the founder as a strategic editor to sharpen ideas, improve clarity, and ensure a consistent, compelling voice across all digital channels.
• Build and manage an AI-powered distribution system across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and email to turn consistent output into a steady flow of inbound leads.
• Optimize the full conversion funnel from first impression to booked discovery calls, utilizing data-backed experiments to improve lead magnets and email sequences.

• Proven track record of building content-driven growth systems and turning a founder's personal brand into measurable business demand.
• Deep technical fluency in AI, with the ability to build agentic workflows, automated content pipelines, and systems that run without constant manual oversight.
• Analytically rigorous mindset with strong strategic instincts, capable of prioritizing ruthlessly and challenging a founder's approach to focus on what moves the needle.
