Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end creator sales pipeline, maintaining a high-velocity output of 30+ strategic meetings per week to drive network growth.
  • Architect and implement automated outreach workflows using tools like Apollo.io and Claude to transform manual business development into a scalable machine.
  • Build deep institutional relationships with record labels, talent agencies, and media platforms to secure Nero’s position as the premier monetization layer for artists.

Candidate profile

  • 3+ years of experience in music tech or the creator economy with a "warm rolodex" of artists, producers, and industry executives.
  • Proven ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment, ideally with founder experience or a background in early-stage ventures.
  • Highly proficient in modern sales and automation stacks, including Notion, Apollo.io, and AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT to optimize daily execution.
