• Partner with Quality and Marketing teams to evolve the brand proposition, introducing innovations like diversional therapy and integrated care planning for later life.

• Proven senior leadership experience in business development within homecare, social care, or private-pay healthcare sectors like medical devices or pharma.
• Demonstrable track record of building and managing referral networks through NHS channels, private hospitals, GPs, and professional service providers.
• Commercially astute professional comfortable with EBITDA accountability and the fast-paced environment of a private equity-backed business growth strategy.
