What you will do

  • Develop and execute high-yield, multi-channel paid acquisition campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic channels.
  • Build and codify the growth playbook for a dual-sided marketplace, focusing on supply-side worker acquisition and B2B customer retention.
  • Manage the demand generation budget and lead data-driven experiments to optimize CAC, funnel conversion, and long-term ROI.
