Responsibilities
What you will do
- Lead the execution of a world-class, scalable design system to improve product consistency and engineering velocity across all platform surfaces.
- Elevate the entire UI/UX to a sophisticated, mature standard, focusing on high-impact flows like creator onboarding and fan conversion.
- Partner directly with the founder and product leadership to embed AI into the design workflow and product interface, making complex tools feel human and intuitive.
