- Define and execute the technical strategy, owning solution design and architecture for applications and Azure infrastructure.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a world-class engineering team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
- Partner with product leadership to align the roadmap, guide build/buy/partner decisions, and ensure robust delivery.
Candidate profile
Who this is a fit for
- Proven engineering leader with hands-on curiosity, comfortable fixing bugs and advising on architectural design.
- Deep expertise in .NET/C#, SQL Server, API development, and Azure cloud deployments with a strong focus on data.
- Experience in a senior role at a scaling SaaS company, with a track record of building data-centric products and ensuring compliance (ISO27001/SOC2).
