Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end DTC P&L, managing the growth roadmap across performance marketing, SEO, CRM, and website conversion rate optimization.
  • Build and lead a high-performing growth team, including internal hires and external agency partners, to scale high-LTV customer acquisition and retention.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to manage the testing roadmap, improve subscription experiences, and drive innovation in the customer journey.
