Head of Marketing at Hormona - VC-backed Femtech

As the first marketing hire, you will own the end-to-end growth engine for a rapidly expanding health-tech startup. You will transition from a hands-on solo lead to building a global team, driving subscription growth and brand authority across 190+ countries through data-driven performance marketing, strategic partnerships, and community-led initiatives.

• Execute a full-funnel marketing strategy across paid, organic, and CRM channels to optimize CAC, LTV, and user retention globally.
• Lead global PR and brand positioning, securing media coverage and establishing Hormona as the definitive authority in hormonal health diagnostics.
• Identify and negotiate high-impact partnerships with influencers, experts, and brands to accelerate organic acquisition and build a loyal global community.

• Proven experience as a first marketing hire or early-stage lead in a B2C subscription startup, moving successfully from zero to one.
• Expert in full-stack growth marketing, including performance advertising, lifecycle automation, and brand storytelling with a strong analytical focus on ROI.
• Scrappy, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to execute hands-on campaigns today while designing the scalable marketing playbooks of tomorrow.
