You will triple the team from 7 to 25, establish a new San Francisco headquarters, and launch a founder residency program, owning everything from recruiting to complex international grant systems.

• Lead the end-to-end buildout of a new San Francisco headquarters, including lease negotiation, layout design, and project management.
• Scale the organization from 7 to 25 employees within 12 months by building the recruiting, people ops, and HRIS functions from zero.
• Architect and manage global grant disbursement systems and visa logistics for a rotating residency of 10-20 international entrepreneurs.

• Proven experience scaling operations at a fast-growth startup, ideally moving from ~10 to 50 employees, with a bias toward action over process.
• Versatile operator capable of managing diverse functions including recruiting, vendor management, immigration law, and facility buildouts simultaneously.
• High-agency problem solver with the ability to learn complex domains fast and a desire to return to the "scrappy chaos" of early-stage building.

• Exceptional autonomy with no COO above you, allowing you to design and build every operational function from scratch using your own judgment.
