Head of Operations & Systems at SnapMagic

SnapMagic is building the digital growth engine for the $1.3T electronics industry. As Head of Operations & Systems, you will partner directly with the CEO to turn momentum into a machine. You will own the end-to-end operating rhythms, finance, and people systems, designing the automation and workflows that allow a high-performing team to scale without friction.

• Design and execute the company’s weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating rhythms to ensure consistent execution and clarity.
• Own and automate business, finance, and revenue operations using tools like HubSpot and Rippling to eliminate manual overhead.
• Scale people operations including hiring pipelines, onboarding, and internal enablement to multiply team leverage as the company grows.

• Proven experience owning operations at a Seed or Series A startup with a track record of building systems from scratch.
• Deep technical proficiency in automation and system architecture, moving beyond manual processes to trigger-based workflows.
• Exceptional reliability and precision with the ability to ask incisive questions that accelerate decision-making in high-pressure environments.

• Direct partnership with the CEO to build the operational backbone of a company that has already doubled revenue since its seed round.
