As Head of Partnerships, you will lead the strategic growth of marketplace and whitelabel channels for a leading UK credit provider. You will manage a high-performing team and work cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Risk to optimize customer acquisition funnels, navigate complex commercial negotiations, and deliver significant P&L impact.

What you will do

  • Set and deliver the overarching strategy to profitably grow aggregator and whitelabel partnerships across the product suite.
  • Lead and coach a commercial team, fostering a culture of rigorous data-driven decision-making and low-ego collaboration.
  • Partner with internal Product and Credit Risk teams to design and roll out new underwriting and data initiatives.

Candidate profile

Who this is a fit for

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial, partnerships, or business development roles within financial services or high-growth tech.
  • Proven analytical toolkit with the ability to use SQL or Python to derive insights from customer acquisition funnels.
