What you will do
- Source relentlessly through cold outreach, events, and deep-network mapping to build a warm pipeline of 50+ elite candidates in Ashby.
- Own the end-to-end candidate experience, maintaining a ≥80% offer acceptance rate by persuasively pitching BlueDot’s mission over higher corporate compensation.
- Accelerate hiring velocity by reducing time-to-hire to under four weeks while ensuring every new hire compounds the company culture.
