What you will do
- Design, review, and optimize complex ETL/ELT frameworks using Snowflake and dbt to ensure platform performance and reliability.
- Manage and coach a team of analytics engineers, conducting code reviews and setting technical OKRs to foster continuous improvement.
- Lead the strategy and governance for the BI layer, driving adoption of self-service analytics and building advanced dashboards for cross-functional leaders.
