Write crisp React + TypeScript with Zustand, setting high bars for performance and feel.
Design robust sync and conflict models for a real-time collaborative environment.

Candidate profile

7+ years building complex, user-facing systems, including real-time/multi-user features.
Deep expertise in TypeScript, React, Node, with expert state architecture (Zustand) and optimistic UI.
Strong understanding of real-time transports (WebSockets, WebRTC) and consistency/conflict resolution (CRDT/OT).
