What you will do
- Source and originate acquisition targets within the UK IT services and Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem.
- Lead full deal execution including financial diligence, commercial assessment, and negotiating LOIs through SPAs.
- Manage founder-facing relationships and navigate complex negotiations to successful closings.
Candidate profile
Who this is a fit for
- 3-7 years of total experience including training at a top-tier investment bank or elite strategy consultancy.
- Proven track record in a buy-side or Corporate Development role with hands-on experience executing technology acquisitions.
- Comfortable operating as a solo practitioner in an early-stage environment with deep UK market knowledge.
