Mid / Mid-Senior Full-Stack Engineer at Mintstars

Join a high-output team building the infrastructure for the next generation of the creator economy. You will own end-to-end features for both MintStars’ creator platform and MintCash, their B2B payments arm. This role focuses on shipping clean, pragmatic code across a modern TypeScript stack to solve complex payment and content delivery challenges.

• Architect and ship end-to-end features including subscription flows, payout systems, and creator tooling using React, Node.js, and tRPC.
• Build and maintain critical payment integrations with providers like Corefy and CCBill to support multi-rail processing and global payouts.
• Enhance platform reliability and performance through improved observability, internal admin dashboards, and pragmatic, system-level thinking.

• Possesses 3-6 years of full-stack experience, ideally within a fast-moving startup environment, and is comfortable owning features without hand-holding.
• Is an AI-forward engineer who treats tools like Cursor or Copilot as a genuine force multiplier to accelerate development and quality.
• Demonstrates strong product instincts and a pragmatic approach to coding, with a preference for clean, maintainable solutions over complex over-engineering.

• Work on a platform with a disruptive 5% fee model, directly impacting creator livelihoods while spinning out a sophisticated B2B payments infrastructure arm.
• Join a lean, high-output team backed by top investors including Polygon, Escape Velocity, and Harvard Innovation Labs, offering high visibility and ownership.
• Influence the technical direction of a product solving genuinely hard problems at the intersection of global payouts, smart routing, and content monetization.
