Mid-Senior Full-Stack Engineer at VC-backed creator monetization and payments startup

You will own features end-to-end across a creator monetization platform and its new B2B payments infrastructure arm. Working in a high-output, 14-person team in Shoreditch, you will build subscription flows, global payout systems, and internal tools. This role requires a pragmatic engineer who leverages AI tools to ship high-quality code at speed.

• Design and implement end-to-end features across the creator platform, including subscription modules, content delivery systems, and creator-facing dashboards.
• Build and scale robust B2B payments infrastructure (MintCash) handling multi-rail processing, global payouts, and smart routing integrations.
• Enhance platform reliability and observability while using AI force multipliers like Cursor or Copilot to accelerate the development lifecycle.

• Has 3–6 years of full-stack experience with React/Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, and Prisma, ideally within a fast-moving startup environment.
• Demonstrates an AI-forward workflow, using modern LLM-based coding tools daily to increase productivity and maintain high code quality.
• Possesses a pragmatic, product-focused mindset with the ability to own complex features independently and a desire to solve hard fintech problems.
