Module Lead - Full Stack at IDfy - Asia's leading TrustStack

As a Module Lead, you will own a core product area end-to-end within IDfy’s TrustStack. You will balance hands-on full-stack development with technical leadership, designing scalable architectures and mentoring a team of engineers. This role is pivotal in building the infrastructure that processes two million identity verifications daily across Asia.

• Architect and implement high-performance features using React on the frontend and technologies like Node.js, Python, or Go on the backend.
• Lead a dedicated module team through code reviews, technical documentation, and the enforcement of clean coding practices like SOLID principles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy secure, containerized applications on cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) using Docker.

• Brings 10-15 years of professional full-stack engineering experience with a proven track record of leading engineering teams in production environments.
• Demonstrates mastery of React and at least one major backend language (JavaScript, Python, Java, Go, or Elixir) alongside relational database expertise in PostgreSQL/MySQL.
• Possesses deep knowledge of modern infrastructure tools including Docker and cloud services, with a strong commitment to clean, testable, and instrumented code.

• Scale with Impact: Lead a team building mission-critical identity infrastructure that processes over 2 million verifications daily for industry leaders like Zomato, PhonePe, and Amazon.
• High-Growth Backing: Join a Series B fintech that recently raised $27M from top-tier investors like Elev8 Venture Partners and Tenacity Ventures to dominate the fraud prevention market.
