What you will do
- Lead the customer discovery engine by conducting interviews with industry partners to define high-conviction opportunity areas and product specifications.
- Establish decision frameworks and stage gates for trait programs, ensuring technical and scientific milestones align with commercial value and IP strategy.
- Collaborate with ML engineers and scientists to refine the discovery software roadmap and co-design lab assays that accelerate experimental validation.
