This hybrid Product Manager + Product Operations role at PerchPeek is crucial for scaling our product organization with speed and quality. You'll drive clarity, structure, and momentum, ensuring smooth sprint execution, release readiness, and operational excellence to empower businesses and individuals to move anywhere in the world.

• Own the Product Delivery Rhythm, ensuring smooth execution of sprint planning, backlog grooming, and tracking progress.
• Coordinate QA & Release Readiness, establishing predictable processes and performing testing to ensure high-quality releases.
• Lead Product Operations, maintaining the roadmap, documentation, and tooling to identify and remove process bottlenecks.

• Possesses 3+ years of experience in Product Operations, Release Management, Product Management, Project Management, or Quality Assurance.
• Is process-oriented, with a proven track record of transforming disorganised processes into documented, efficient systems.
• Demonstrates strong project management skills, including familiarity with Agile/Scrum, managing dependencies, and facilitating stand-ups.
