You will own the full sales cycle, navigating public sector procurement and private development partnerships to scale a network of smart physical assets that improve local wellbeing and resident activity levels.

What you will do

  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle from initial prospecting and public procurement navigation to final deal closing.
  • Design creative commercial models and contract structures that facilitate rapid city-wide rollouts and multi-site expansions.
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with senior stakeholders across local councils, universities, and private real estate firms.
