Reporting directly to the CRO, you will drive revenue growth by coaching Account Executives, refining go-to-market strategies, and ensuring consistent pipeline forecasting while fostering a collaborative culture of sales excellence in an early-stage environment.

What you will do

  • Hire, mentor, and coach a team of Account Executives to consistently achieve revenue and pipeline targets.
  • Partner with the CRO to define and iterate on the company’s strategic go-to-market execution.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence the roadmap based on customer feedback and market needs.
