As the first dedicated hire for public markets and trustees, you will manage high-value relationships with existing public company customers and trustee partners. Reporting to the Head of Customer Success, you will oversee the onboarding of public companies, guide clients through IPO transitions, and build scalable equity management processes.

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding for public companies, including data migration and equity event execution like RSU vestings.
  • Own strategic relationships with trustee partners, brokers, and nominees to ensure seamless platform delivery.
  • Lead Executive Business Reviews with key stakeholders at S&P 500 and FTSE 100 organizations.

Candidate profile

Who this is a fit for

  • At least 5 years of experience in the public share plans or trustee industry.
  • Proven track record managing net revenue retention for books of business exceeding £2 million.
  • Strong expertise in managing complex equity events, including IPOs, share transfers, and sell-to-cover processes.
