- Manage end-to-end onboarding for public companies, including data migration and equity event execution like RSU vestings.
- Own strategic relationships with trustee partners, brokers, and nominees to ensure seamless platform delivery.
- Lead Executive Business Reviews with key stakeholders at S&P 500 and FTSE 100 organizations.
Candidate profile
Who this is a fit for
- At least 5 years of experience in the public share plans or trustee industry.
- Proven track record managing net revenue retention for books of business exceeding £2 million.
- Strong expertise in managing complex equity events, including IPOs, share transfers, and sell-to-cover processes.
