Responsibilities
What you will do
- Build, automate, and maintain dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Looker, PowerBI) to surface key insights for stakeholders.
- Partner with teams across Sales, Product, Operations, and Insurance to enable data-driven decision-making and self-service.
- Work with Engineering to ensure data warehouse and pipelines are fit for purpose, tracking performance and making recommendations.
Candidate profile
Who this is a fit for
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, BI, or analytics roles with strong SQL skills.
- Proven ability to apply advanced statistical methods and build/maintain dashboards (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau).
- Proactive, commercially aware, and an exceptional communicator, comfortable building a data function from scratch.
