Senior DevOps Engineer at PAIR - Fast-growing AI adoption startup

As the first dedicated DevOps hire at PAIR, you will transition the infrastructure from manual processes to automated, signal-rich systems. You’ll lead CI/CD, IaC, and observability while contributing to the Python backend. This role offers high ownership in a fast-shipping team backed by top-tier investors like Google Ventures.

• Lead the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code using Terraform to ensure reliable, multi-tenant SaaS releases.
• Automate operational workflows such as customer tenant provisioning and implement robust security practices including secrets management via Key Vault.
• Enhance platform reliability by designing sophisticated monitoring, alerting, and tracing systems using OpenTelemetry and modern observability tools.

• Proven track record owning production infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines on major cloud platforms, ideally with specific Azure experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) and a pragmatic, automation-first mindset for managing complex multi-environment setups.
• Strong backend engineering skills in Python/FastAPI and the ability to operate as the sole infra expert in a fast-paced startup environment.
