Managing the full sales cycle for organizations with over 500 employees, you will lead consultative, value-led conversations with senior stakeholders to replace fragmented legacy systems with a unified, AI-driven global platform.

Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle from qualified discovery to closing £150k+ ARR deals.
  • Navigate complex procurement processes and buying committees within global organizations of 1,000+ employees.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure sustainable revenue growth.

Candidate profile

Who this is a fit for

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS closing experience with a proven track record of hitting £1m+ annual quotas.
  • Mastery of consultative sales frameworks such as MEDDIC or MEDDPICC for complex, long-cycle deals.
  • Exceptional communication skills capable of building credibility with senior HR, Finance, and Compliance stakeholders.
