Senior Fullstack Engineer at $75M Series C sports betting platform

You will join a high-impact, greenfield team building a next-generation internal platform from the ground up. As a player-manager, you will maintain a modern Python/Vue/AWS stack while leading AI experimentation. Your work will directly automate engineering workflows and empower non-technical teams with LLM-powered tools, shaping how the entire organization operates daily.

• Design, build, and maintain the backend systems and Vue-based frontend for the company’s new internal back office platform.
• Lead and mentor a focused team of three engineers (two fullstack, one backend) while remaining 70-80% hands-on as a contributor.
• Identify and productionize AI-powered improvements, from smarter code review tooling for engineers to automated LLM assistants for operational teams.

• 7+ years of professional backend experience, with strong proficiency in Python and modern cloud infrastructure like AWS, Docker, and Terraform.
• Proven experience building internal platforms or admin tooling and a genuine track record of integrating LLM APIs into production environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead or mentor engineers in a technical capacity while effectively communicating complex solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

• Lead a brand new, greenfield function with full autonomy to shape the internal architecture and define the company's long-term AI strategy.
• Join a well-funded Series C scale-up (~150 people) that has raised over $75M from prestigious investors like The Raine Group.
