Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Drive full-cycle recruitment for all GTM functions, including Sales, Marketing, and Solutions Engineering, ensuring high-quality hires at high velocity.
  • Partner with hiring managers to build deep talent pipelines and detailed market maps to stay ahead of the competitive generative AI talent landscape.
  • Pioneer AI-native recruiting practices by experimenting with sourcing automation, personalized outreach, and pipeline analytics to optimize the talent engine.
