Senior Operations Manager at NAVI Labs — Leading DeFi Protocol

Join the core team behind NAVI Protocol as the operational backbone of a $1B+ DeFi ecosystem. You will own the full financial lifecycle, from payroll and cash flow to vendor contracts and on-chain payments. This high-visibility role bridges traditional finance and Web3, offering direct impact on scaling a premier lending platform.

• Lead all financial operations including payroll, cash flow tracking, budgeting, and coordination with external accounting firms for tax and compliance.
• Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, reviewing legal agreements and tracking performance obligations across vendors and partners.
• Support crypto-specific workflows including secure wallet management, on-chain transaction tracking, and DeFi-related financial reporting.

• 5+ years of experience in finance or operations, ideally with a background in Big 4 accounting, fintech, or high-growth startups.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets with a "no small mistakes" mindset for managing complex budgets and financial models.
• Strong execution speed and curiosity for emerging tech, with the ability to build scalable internal processes from scratch in a fast-paced setting.

• Manage the operational infrastructure for a top-tier protocol with over $1B in Total Value Locked (TVL) on the Sui blockchain.
• Work directly with a founding team of ex-Apple and ex-LinkedIn engineers in a high-growth environment backed by industry leaders like Mysten Labs.
