Senior Product Analyst at $3M Seed-funded legaltech startup

You will act as a critical bridge between founders, engineering, and legal technologists to automate complex fund management workflows. By blending product discovery with data analysis, you’ll translate user friction into actionable roadmaps. This role is essential for scaling a post-revenue platform already trusted by ten of the world’s most prestigious global law firms.

• Lead the end-to-end requirements journey by writing high-quality user stories and epics with measurable acceptance criteria for the engineering team.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis into user behavior and persona journeys to identify friction points and recommend data-backed product improvements.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog in Jira, balancing short-term delivery needs with long-term technical strategy and platform stability.

• Has 5+ years of experience in a hybrid Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or Product Owner role within a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
• Demonstrates mastery of agile delivery frameworks and tools like Jira and Confluence, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities under ambiguity.
• Possesses strong stakeholder management skills and the judgment to balance deep analytical thinking with the need to move fast and ship product.
