Senior Product Designer at Deducta - fast-growing data intelligence startup

As a Senior Product Designer at Deducta, you will lead the creation of intuitive, high-impact product experiences for global enterprises. You will build design systems from the ground up, translate complex data challenges into elegant workflows, and shape the foundations of a high-performing design practice within a well-funded, ambitious startup environment.

• Design elegant, user-centered components and high-fidelity prototypes that scale across the entire Deducta enterprise application.
• Lead the development of design standards and best practices to ensure a consistent, world-class user experience.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to own solutions from initial research through to final deployment.

• At least 5+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio of shipped, end-to-end enterprise products.
• Deep expertise in building and maintaining scalable design systems and component libraries within Figma or similar tools.
• Proven ability to conduct user research and synthesize insights into intuitive UI/UX that requires zero explanation for the end user.
