What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end design process including user research, journey mapping, and high-fidelity UI handoff.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in Product and Engineering to simplify complex enterprise workflows.
- Shape the internal design culture through mentorship, craft advocacy, and exploration of AI-driven workflows.
