As a core backend-leaning engineer, you will own critical product areas end-to-end without PMs. You'll build scalable systems using Golang and AWS to help global customers like Stripe and Canva hyper-personalize buyer experiences and navigate the cookieless future.

• Design and implement secure, high-concurrency backend architectures using Golang, Kafka, and Postgres to support global-scale marketing campaigns.
• Lead full-cycle product initiatives by talking directly to customers, shaping the roadmap, and defining REST API contracts for internal and public use.
• Advocate for and implement innovative cloud techniques within AWS and GCP environments to improve system performance and engineering excellence.

• Deep expertise in backend fundamentals using a typed language such as Golang, Java, Rust, or C# with a focus on system trade-offs.
• Proven experience designing modern cloud architectures and message-driven systems on AWS or GCP, ensuring high security and performance standards.
• Product-minded engineer who thrives with autonomy, possesses excellent technical documentation skills, and enjoys solving complex problems in an early-stage environment.
