Senior Product Manager at well-funded global insurtech platform

You will own a core insurance platform end-to-end, steering the strategy and delivery of foundational systems including quote, rating, and billing services. This high-impact role acts as the long-term steward of critical infrastructure, balancing complex cross-domain requirements with technical scalability to empower growth across multiple international markets and product lines.

• Define and execute the long-term roadmap for the core insurance platform, encompassing billing, rating, and policy services.
• Partner with Engineering to shape system design and translate complex domain requirements into clear, sequenced initiatives.
• Act as the primary interface between the platform squad and stakeholders in Growth, Finance, and Operations.

• At least 7 years of product management experience with significant ownership of backend, API-driven, or infrastructure products.
• Strong technical literacy with the ability to navigate system architecture, data models, and complex trade-offs with engineers.
• Proven track record of delivering products in highly regulated environments such as fintech, payments, or insurance.

• Take end-to-end ownership of a core platform that powers the entire business across the US and Europe.
