You will architect the financial backbone for institutional crypto adoption, building high-performance systems that process over 1 billion monthly transactions. Working with Rust and PostgreSQL, you'll solve complex data reconciliation challenges for global leaders like Circle and Uniswap, transforming fragmented blockchain data into audit-ready financial infrastructure for the enterprise era.

• Design and optimize high-performance backend services in Rust to ingest and reconcile data from thousands of blockchain protocols and exchange APIs.
• Architect and tune PostgreSQL databases at scale to handle millions of daily transactions with absolute precision and auditability.
• Collaborate with a 30-person elite engineering team to ship US GAAP-compliant financial features that manage billions of dollars in on-chain assets.

• Has 5+ years of software engineering experience with deep, production-level expertise in Rust as a primary backend language.
• Possesses extensive experience in relational database architecture, specifically query tuning and performance optimization for massive PostgreSQL datasets.
• Exhibits a strong computer science foundation and the ability to navigate ambiguous technical landscapes where architectural decisions have significant real-world financial impact.

• Impact massive scale by building systems powering back-office operations for 450+ institutional clients, including the Government of El Salvador.
• Work at the frontier of fintech with a top-tier engineering team and investors like 1kx and Tim Draper during a period of rapid regulatory tailwinds.
