What you will do

  • Develop and execute a robust outbound sales strategy to identify and onboard new direct employer clients.
  • Establish repeatable and scalable sales processes, including CRM implementation and lead generation workflows.
  • Partner with the product and delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and platform adoption.

Candidate profile

Who this is a fit for

  • 3-10 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas and acquiring new customers.
  • Deep domain expertise in HR-tech or recruitment, ideally with experience as a 360-degree agency recruiter.
