Senior Software Engineer (Infrastructure) at $40M Series B conversational AI video startup

You will own and extend the GPU and cloud infrastructure powering real-time, emotionally intelligent AI video generation. Acting as a technical flywheel, you’ll partner with Research and Platform teams to build reliable systems for 100,000+ developers, managing complex workloads across providers like CoreWeave and Baseten while maintaining a robust AWS backbone.

• Design and scale multi-provider GPU infrastructure, collaborating with partners like CoreWeave and Baseten to ensure high availability for real-time inference.
• Architect and maintain a robust AWS/EKS backbone, building automated, repeatable processes that empower the entire engineering org to deploy services faster.
• Act as the cross-functional infrastructure lead, bridging the gap between Research scientists and Backend engineers to make complex systems feel continuous.

• Deep production experience with GPU cloud infrastructure, either building at a provider or managing high-scale deployments at an AI-native company.
• Expert-level command of AWS and Kubernetes (EKS), with a proven track record of building developer experiences that accelerate shipping cycles.
• A senior-level generalist mindset with the ability to own ambiguous problems end-to-end in a high-velocity "faster faster" culture.
