What you will do

  • Execute full-cycle recruitment for complex engineering roles, including backend, infrastructure, and technical leadership positions.
  • Proactively source elite talent through talent mapping and high-conversion outbound strategies across various technical communities.
  • Use data-driven insights to track funnel health, diagnose bottlenecks, and continuously improve the efficiency of the hiring process.

Candidate profile
