As a Staff Backend Engineer, you will architect and deploy AI-native systems designed to handle massive clinical datasets via high-volume APIs. You will lead the development of secure, agentic infrastructure for millions of patients, shaping the product end-to-end alongside an elite team of ex-founders and medical experts.

• Architect and deploy secure AI-native systems and agentic infrastructure to process clinical data via API.
• Shape product iterations end-to-end by integrating first-hand customer feedback into the engineering roadmap.
• Leverage a modern stack including AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock), Python, and advanced NLP/CV models.

• Expert-level experience with Python, FastAPI, and cloud-native infrastructure using AWS, Docker, and Terraform.
• Strong background in Machine Learning engineering, specifically RAG, LLM fine-tuning, and document intelligence.
• A deep love for the "little blue french whale" (Docker) and experience building high-volume data systems.
