What you will do
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems and distributed infrastructure using Python and other strongly-typed languages.
- Lead cross-functional technical initiatives from ideation to deployment, collaborating with Data Science and Product to launch zero-to-one financial products.
- Mentor and guide senior engineers while establishing technical excellence and high-velocity shipping standards across multiple engineering teams.
