What you will do

Profile, analyze, and optimize all visual aspects for XR performance, focusing on mobile chipsets.
Design, author, and maintain performant, stylized shaders using Unity's URP/Shader Graph or HLSL.
Develop, test, and integrate dynamic real-time particle systems and shaders that react to music.

4+ years of experience as a Technical Artist in XR, games, or real-time graphics.
Comfort working in a highly experimental, rapid-prototyping environment.
Strong proficiency with the Unity engine, including asset workflows, scripting, and VFX systems.
