Venture Builder at Telemachus — VC-backed venture factory

You will work directly with a second-time founder to clone and re-imagine inefficient businesses using LLMs. This unique "venture factory" model builds small, high-intensity units that target established markets with new technology. You will touch every part of the startup lifecycle, from initial execution to scaling a platform that builds companies at pace.

• Execute the end-to-end setup of a new business unit, including cloning and improving the operations of a target legacy business.
• Leverage AI and LLM tools to automate workflows and create structural advantages that traditional incumbents cannot match.
• Build out the central Telemachus platform and infrastructure to enable the aggressive scaling of multiple business units simultaneously.

• High-trajectory individual (1-4 years post-university) with an elite academic background and a track record of building "cool things."
• Highly proficient with AI coding tools like Cursor or Claude Code, even if not a professional software engineer by trade.
