Responsibilities
What you will do
- Define and execute the company’s engineering roadmap, establishing best practices for AI-powered, data-rich, and clinically reliable systems.
- Build and lead a multidisciplinary engineering organization across AI/ML, backend, frontend, DevOps, and data infrastructure to support rapid growth.
- Partner with Clinical and AI Research teams to ensure the delivery of secure, compliant, and production-grade features integrated into clinical workflows.
