VP Finance at Joinfleek - Series B AI-driven marketplace

As VP Finance, you will join the leadership team to professionalize a hyper-growth B2B marketplace. Inheriting a global five-person team, you will build an AI-native finance function from the ground up, managing complex cross-border cash cycles and high-volume data flows while partnering directly with founders to drive global expansion and future fundraising.

• Lead and scale a global finance function across the UK, India, and Pakistan, overseeing FP&A, budgeting, and rigorous financial controls.
• Transform complex operational data into strategic decision-making tools to optimize long cash cycles and multi-currency B2B payment flows.
• Partner with founders on investor relations and lead financial preparation for future fundraising rounds and strategic scaling initiatives.

• Proven experience scaling a finance function through Series B/C growth stages, ideally with an analytical background in IB, PE, or consulting.
• Strong technical depth in managing complex working capital and cross-border operations within fintech, marketplace, or high-growth startup environments.
• A "new archetype" leader who is deeply data-savvy, hands-on, and curious about how AI can automate and transform traditional finance workflows.
