What you will do
- Take end-to-end accountability for customer outcomes, from pre-sales deal shaping and proof-of-value to long-term account expansion and NRR.
- Lead and scale a high-performance team of Forward Deployed Engineers and Deployment Strategists to ensure predictable, high-quality enterprise implementations.
- Design and implement scalable systems and playbooks that reduce time-to-first-value and transform reactive firefighting into proactive, outcome-driven customer success.
Candidate profile
Who this is a fit for
- 6-15 years of experience with a background in engineering or top-tier consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) and leadership roles in enterprise-selling scaleups.
- A "Palantir FDE" mindset—you thrive on technical delivery and execution integrity rather than traditional, relationship-only account management.
