Responsibilities
What you will do
- Establish and operate the Professional Corporation (PC) entity, managing all HR, payroll, benefits, and employment compliance for a distributed clinical team.
- Oversee full-lifecycle clinical management including recruiting, credentialing, and performance for RNs, NPs, and MDs across a national telehealth infrastructure.
- Manage end-to-end pharmacy and vendor relationships, specifically focusing on compounding pharmacy partnerships, supply chain logistics, and SLA compliance.
