What you will do
- Design and execute a global talent and workforce strategy to support rapid international scaling and disciplined hiring across the UK, Europe, and the US.
- Act as a strategic executive partner and coach to the Board and SLT, providing data-driven insights on organizational health and leadership depth.
- Establish a robust performance management culture and total rewards strategy that drives accountability, excellence, and alignment with Nory’s commercial objectives.
Candidate profile
Who this is a fit for
- 15+ years of People leadership experience with a proven track record in VC-backed B2B SaaS environments through Series B and beyond.
- Direct experience leading international expansion and organizational design, specifically navigating the cultural and operational complexities of entering the US market.
- A hands-on builder who thrives in ambiguity, possesses deep expertise in compensation and employment law, and is comfortable operating at the board level.
