Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Drive the full outbound sales cycle by crafting personalized outreach, A/B testing messaging, and managing the pipeline from lead to close.
  • Consult with CEOs and COOs of mid-market healthcare facilities to quantify ROI and demonstrate the value of AI-driven workforce management.
  • Partner with product and leadership teams to feed market insights back into the product roadmap and refine the company's positioning.

Candidate profile

Who this is a fit for

  • 3-6+ years of full-cycle sales experience with a proven track record of building outbound pipelines from scratch in a startup environment.
  • Strong ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals within mid-market companies and engage effectively with C-suite executives.
