AI Revenue Operations Lead at New Age Partners

You will architect the AI infrastructure that powers an entire financial group’s go-to-market strategy across five distinct entities. This role isn't about one-off tasks; it's about building production-grade agentic workflows, prompt-driven systems, and automation pipelines that turn proprietary knowledge into high-precision revenue and marketing output at unprecedented speed.

• Design and maintain structured agentic workflows using Claude (Projects and Claude Code) to orchestrate multi-step commercial research and targeting pipelines.
• Build and govern automated outreach systems across multiple CRM environments, ensuring messaging quality and deliverability at scale for high-value commercial clients.
• Architect a centralized knowledge base in Notion or Confluence that AI tools can reliably query to produce consistent marketing assets and campaign triggers.

• Expert practitioner in AI orchestration, specifically proficient with Claude, MCP (Model Context Protocol), Perplexity Deep Research, and building agentic systems beyond basic automation.
• Technical depth in GTM tooling, including hands-on experience with HubSpot, n8n/Make, and Python or JavaScript for data cleaning and workflow integration.
• Systems-thinker with a background in Revenue Operations or Growth who can exercise strong editorial judgment over AI outputs to ensure quality and precision.
